Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends, may we take a moment to reflect on those who gave everything so we could have the opportunities and freedoms we enjoy today.

From all of us at LAP of MA, we remember, we honor, and we thank our fallen heroes.

Calling all contractors, safety leaders, and union partners🚨

The MA Building Trades Recovery Council is bringing the industry together for the 8th Bi-Annual Contractor Roundtable to continue the conversation around mental health, addiction, recovery support, and jobsite wellness in construction.

We’re looking for contractors and industry leaders who want to be part of the solution; helping create stronger labor-management partnerships, safer jobsites, and a culture where no worker has to struggle alone.

No stigma. No shame. Only solidarity.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, godmothers, foster mothers, and the women who love, guide, support, and care for others like a mother every single day.

Today we also hold space for those longing to become mothers, those missing their mothers, and those carrying both joy and heartache on this day.

Thank you for the strength, compassion, sacrifice, and love you bring into the world. Wishing you all a day filled with love, peace, and appreciation.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

In the labor community, we’re taught to be tough, to push through, and to carry the load. But real strength is knowing when to speak up and ask for help.

At LAP of MA, we’re committed to supporting mental health and recovery for every worker and their family. No one should suffer in silence.

Let’s continue to look out for one another—on the job and off.

Happy May Day from Labor Assistance Professionals of Massachusetts

Today, we recognize the strength, sacrifice, and solidarity of working men and women everywhere. May Day is a reminder of the foundation built by those who came before us and the responsibility we carry to support one another today.

At LAP of MA, we stand with our union brothers and sisters not only on the job, but in life supporting mental health, recovery, and well-being in our communities.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we rise.

Today we pause to honor the men and women who never made it home from work.

On Workers Memorial Day, we remember those we’ve lost, stand with the families and brothers and sisters they left behind, and renew our commitment to safer workplaces for all.

Every name matters. Every life matters.
This day is a reminder that going to work should never cost someone their life.

From all of us at LAP of MA — we remember, we honor, and we continue to stand together in support of our labor community
