Lowney Medical Associates Lowney Medical is a Primary Care practice that was started by Dr. Charles Lowney and his wife Irene Sr in 1966.

In 1997 Dr. Jay Lowney joined the family practice, and in 2012 Dr. Mike joined. The practice is managed by daughter, Irene Lowney Esdale.
