Last weekend our Food Allergy Buddies community came together for the Allergy Olympics: Teamwork on Ice! ⛸️💙

From brave first-time skaters to our amazing Middles and Bigs cheering everyone on, the afternoon was full of teamwork, laughter, and support.

Thank you to our wonderful staff, volunteers, and families who made the day so special. We’re so grateful for this incredible community!

Join us on March 7, 2026 for a fun-filled afternoon on the ice with the Mass General Brigham for Children Food Allergy Buddies Program! This special event is all about teamwork, mentorship, and building confidence within our food allergy community.

🕐 Bigs & Middles: Arrive at 1:15 PM
🕜 Littles: Arrive at 1:30 PM
🕒 Event ends: 3:20 PM

We want to extend a huge thank you to our featured Bigs, our incredible Buddies community, and our supporters and volunteers who make this program possible. Your dedication, empathy, and leadership are what bring this program to life. Thank you for believing in mentorship, confidence, and connection for children with .

🌟 Calling All K–12 Families in the Boston Area Food Allergy Community! 🌟
The Food Allergy Buddies Program is excited to invite all returning and new Buddies — students with food allergies and their families — to join our community and take part in our programming throughout the year. We offer about four events annually, and we encourage families to stay engaged and participate in as many as they can!

📅 December 7, 2025
📍 Museum of Science, Boston
Buddies will enjoy a creative, hands-on experience (such as building 3D models of immune cells, designing tools to promote food allergy awareness) while connecting with others who truly “get it.” After the event ends at 3 PM, families are free to explore the Museum of Science!
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Participation:
Parents of K–8th grade students: Please plan to stay and participate in our parent session.
Parents of 9th–12th grade students: You are welcome, but not required, to stay.
We also welcome new families to register for the Food Allergy Buddies Program (https://redcap.partners.org/redcap/surveys/?s=WDLKDKT4CD4FKY7X) and ask all attendees to RSVP for this event (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeCLeSlcEx-MH8rzJ4Gh0pkq5WC-N5TVUgk4wjdH8Th1U5TDQ/viewform).
