Everyone in my practice, age 24 to 68, has done Systems Age biological testing. Even my staff, before they head off to nursing or med school.
Not for a number. For the inflection points.
Wearables give me a little data. Heart rate variability, sure, I’ll take it.
But I’m not trying to catch high blood pressure. That’s a symptom, not the problem.
I want to see the pattern in a 24 year old before it becomes a diagnosis at 44.
That’s the difference between managing symptoms and protecting someone’s trajectory.
This is pattern literacy. This is the medicine I teach.
