Hi, I am Elaine and I'm a Personal Agency Coach - I help people navigate the outside noise and their inner dialogue so they can trust themselves and their process. You want to create a life that is uniquely you and create a career that is uniquely you. Whether you already have a picture of what you want your life to look like or you aren't sure, I can help you think things through, identify your g

oals and carve out a path to getting there. How comforting would it be to know that with strong tools and unwavering support, you can make things happen? As a coach I offer:

• one on one coaching or group coaching.

• a non-judgmental, confidential environment to talk about what is most important to you and what you want to accomplish.

• a collaborative, strategic and creative partnership with room to explore.

• a certified coaching expertise to professionally help to identify patterns in behavior and options/tools to discover new perspectives.

• added support with accountability, structure, momentum and balance for accelerated results.

• 25 years of experience working in advertising, publishing and commercial photography, in addition, to committed involvement in the industry and my own community.

• an appreciation and respect for the lives of other people.

• BTW, if you are an early riser, early morning coaching is not out of the question. I offer coaching sessions beginning at 5:00am Monday, Wednesday and Friday and coaching sessions beginning at 8:00am on Tuesday and Thursday.

Hey, it's Elaine. There is so much outside noise and inner chatter sometimes. It is good to take some time to remember what you love about being you. For me it is standing on a mountain top (in this case a hill) with my yogi friends to watch a full moon set and a sunrise at 5am. So magical and joyful! Thanks Carol and Rachel for hiking up in the dark with our headlamps beaming!

Day 31 - 31 Days of Intentions - My word to day is "Fulfillment." My intention was to reflect on all the wonderful benefits of setting intentions every day. I felt like I was less judgmental, more open and positive. I was more realistic about my own expectations and the expectations of others. Setting intentions is not easy. The commitment is important. Write them down, repeat them silently to yourself and share them with others. See how it makes you feel at the end of each day.

Day 31 - 31 Days of Intentions - So the day has arrived... What does this mean to set 31 days of intentions? For me it means I can be more present in how I live in life day by day. Today I am glad to be able to share this experience with you. It has been a thought provoking and emotionally connected month for me. I can see how setting intentions affects they way I take action and how I feel about me in the world. So today my word is "fulfillment." I will continue to set intentions that help me to understand what fills me with love, hope and the inner strength to move through fear and uncertainty. Congrats to all who joined in for this challenge!

Day 30 - 31 Days of Intentions - Today my word is "release." My intention is to release myself from unrealistic expectations. I move through my day remembering "Rome wasn't build in a day and either is my life. I ask myself the four questions I ask myself in Meditation. Who am I? What do I want? What is my purpose? and What am I grateful for? I may end up doing this several times today! lol. I release myself from being too accomplished, too "together" and too perfect.
