Empower Yoga Empower Yoga is a pay-what-you-can yoga class every Sunday @ 10:00am hosted on Zoom. Come build strength, flexibility, and community!

Classes will be 40 minutes to start and is intended to provide a space for consistent ritual amidst an uncertain time.
