I am a certified and licensed, professional massage therapist with over twelve years experience, trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy's 1000-hour program. I come to massage therapy with a background in dance and movement, fascinated with the way the body works and how to live in our bodies more efficiently, expressively, and pain free! I focus my practice on deep tissue, therapeutic m

assage (drawing from Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage techniques) that stop pain patterns while incorporating elements of Yoga, Shiatsu, stretching, breathe work, and somatic education for a relaxing, holistic treatment. I have had success helping clients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as plantar fasciitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, migraines, iliotibial band issues, and low back pain. I have worked with pregnant women, Olympic runners, professional musicians and dancers, cyclists, and people that sit at desks all day.
