I never imagined I’d be able to walk barefoot all summer, stay active all day without foot pain, or wear any shoes I liked without paying for it later.
But now, that’s my reality.
It didn't happen overnight.
I used to deal with plantar fasciitis that kept coming back. I was told I’d probably always have foot problems because I was an "over-pronator" — basically, flat-footed.
So I followed all the advice I was given.
I tried custom orthotics, new shoes, stretching, strengthening, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, and physical therapy.
Whenever something didn’t help, I figured I just hadn’t found the right solution yet.
Back then, I honestly thought my body was broken and needed fixing.
Giving up wasn’t an option for me because being active is a big part of who I am.
But eventually, I had to admit that even though I was doing everything “right,” I still wasn’t getting better.
That’s when I started asking different questions.
Instead of just focusing on my feet, I began to really look into what causes ongoing pain in the body as a whole.
After years of studying, professional training, and trying out what I learned on myself and my clients, things finally started to make sense.
The biggest thing I discovered?
Plantar fasciitis wasn’t just about my feet.
It was really about how my whole body was moving, adapting, and responding over time.
Looking back, I’m really grateful I kept searching for answers.
The path I took didn’t just help my feet. It completely changed how I understand the body.
I learned that our bodies can adapt and change when we really understand what’s causing the problem. That lesson has helped me not just with plantar fasciitis, but also with the changes that come with midlife.
If you’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months.
If you've tried all the "right" things but you're still frustrated.
If you’re starting to wonder if something important has been missed...
I’d love to share the approach that finally changed everything for me and has helped hundreds of women figure out why they weren’t getting better and reclaim their active lives.
Join me for my free training on Tuesday, August 18th. I’ll show you a new way to look at persistent plantar fasciitis and what it really takes to make lasting changes.
The good news is that you don't have to figure this out on your own. I'll walk you through the same principles that completely changed the way I understood my body, and that have helped so many of my clients move forward. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to better understand your own body.
