Welcome to a day in my life supporting midlife women to feel good in their bodies 🌸
Here's what today looked like 👇
🌸 Four follow-up visits for hormone therapy and psychiatric medication management
🌸 Some women tapering a medication, some maintaining, some adjusting based on how their symptoms responded
🌸 Coordinating with primary care and or their eating disorder team when something new comes up
Most of my patients have a history of anxiety and depression, and often OCD, PTSD, or trauma too. It's so common that I don't even list it.
Also: every woman I saw today is using vaginal estrogen. Yes. Every. Single. One. Tablet or cream, we always have that conversation.
And I ask every patient: Are you safe in your relationships?
Because this work means looking at the full picture, not just one symptom. Understanding what a week in her life actually looks like matters.
Educational content only. Not medical advice, and every plan is individualized.
