Healing Breathwork Alchemy ✨
Where your breath becomes the key to unlocking profound transformation.

Some of our classes will have themes while others may be guided depending on what the group may need. At the beginning (after a short intro), you will have the opportunity to express whatever is present in your heart or set a specific intention. This is optional- no one ever has to share, however when you do it can be a powerful experience and opportunity to be seen, held and witnessed in community.

The primary tool used in class is your breath and music but we may incorporate essential oils and sacred smoke. This practice serves as an active meditation, guiding you to move energy through the body by utilizing your breath to override the executive functions of the brain. This approach enables to access the limbic system, which plays a crucial role in memory, regulating emotions, behavior and motivation.

This class is designed for anyone who desires to address and heal past traumas, release stuck emotions, minimize anxiety, and expand their capacity to feel and love on a deeper level.

Meet Lindsey, Founder of Soul Flower Wellness.

From the moment she entered the wellness field, Lindsey envisioned creating a sanctuary for healing—one that would uplift not only her clients but also fellow practitioners. That vision came to life over 12 years ago with the founding of Soul Flower Wellness, which has since evolved into a vibrant community of collaborative, like-minded educators and guides dedicated to personal and collective growth.

Since 2008, Lindsey has accumulated over 15,000 hours of hands-on experience, mastering her craft as a massage therapist. She blends intuitive bodywork with a deep understanding of holistic healing. In addition to being a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and women’s empowerment mentor, she deepened her expertise through the 2022 Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing program at The Embody Lab. Her work is grounded in more than two decades of personal and professional experience navigating the complex terrain of trauma and addiction.

Lindsey is currently expanding her healing offerings through breathwork, training under the lineage of David Elliott. She shares this practice with passion, believing breathwork to be a vital tool for both individual transformation and building deeper community connections.

Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience.

Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness, increases circulation and metabolism.

Our massage therapist incorporates a customized massage with the use of hot stones to direct heat of the stones, access to the deeper muscle layers.
