The Office of Behavioral Health Promotion & Prevention (OBHPP) is proud to announce the launch of "Turn your compassion into your career," a multilingual, multimedia campaign promoting behavioral health career pathways to strengthen the workforce in the Commonwealth.

The campaign targets a diverse audience and includes a broad range of behavioral health careers across a full spectrum of promotion, prevention, and treatment roles. It also emphasizes that there are multiple pathways into the field, including opportunities rooted in lived experience, specialized training, community-based work, and higher education. The Behavioral Health Helpline “BHHL” was proud to be part of New England’s largest pride parade on June 6th on Boston Common and at City Hall Plaza. The parade had an incredible turnout as people came together to celebrate diversity, culture, and connect with the LGBTQ community.
