A idea for dinner, since it's sunny and BBQ season is here!!🔥🔥🔥🔥

Simple meals, fresh ingredients, almost no clean up…
just good food on the BBQ.

Wrapped in parchment, opened at the table, eaten slowly outside.
That’s the whole mood.

FIRE SALMON

Ingredients
• 1 salmon fillet
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Zest of 1/2 lemon
• 1–2 lemon slices
• Fresh dill
• Salt + black pepper

Dill Cucumber Smash
• 1/2 cucumber, lightly smashed + chopped
• Fresh dill
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1–2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Place salmon on parchment paper
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper
3. Add lemon slices and fold into a sealed parchment packet
4. BBQ over medium heat for 10–12 minutes
5. Mix cucumber, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt together
6. Open salmon carefully and serve with dill cucumber smash

Think you need hours at the gym to feel amazing for summer?

Think again.

Movement isn't about intense workouts. It's about consistency.

Just 10-15 minutes of brisk walking after you meals can significantly boost your metabolism and aid digestion. (And also lower your blood sugar and combat insulin resistance too!!! 🍬)

Park further. Take the stairs. Do 10 squats or 20 high knee marches when you have a free minute or when you take a bathroom break or go to refill your water bottle.
