Hi everyone! We’re stoked to share some big updates that we’ve been working on for the last few months! We’re excited to OFFICIALLY launch the Hü Performance App!
After listening to all of your feedback , questions, frustrations, injuries, and what you want from your strength programming, we built this app to help you optimize your strength training and to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
The Hü Performance App is a comprehensive strength, mobility, and performance platform built specifically for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and all-around endurance athletes who want to get stronger and move better while staying consistent in their training.
The app consists of weekly strength and mobility that will be uploaded to every user’s calendar, plus dozens of specialized programs, workout routines, and educational resources that you can access on the side.
I want to preface that this isn’t a generic fitness app. With my experience as both a physical therapist working with thousands of patients across the spectrum and competing as an elite-level athlete, I’ve carefully these programs to help you learn how to be (and practice being) a smarter and more resilient athlete.
Every program is grounded in real-world experience, evidence-based biomechanics, and the actual demands of endurance training so you can stay consistent with both your strength work and your endurance training.
