We use resistance bands every day, so guessing them blind should be easy, right? πŸ˜… Not quite.

Did you know we have PTs who specialize in TMJ dysfunction? ✨

TMJ pain is often blamed on the jaw alone, but the real picture is bigger, and it's exactly what our TMJ-focused PTs are trained to treat:

βœ… Joint mobility and jaw mechanics. Manual therapy and targeted exercises restore normal movement, reduce clicking and locking, and improve how your jaw opens and closes.

βœ… Muscle tension and trigger points. Overworked jaw muscles refer pain into your face, head, and neck. Our PTs address that muscle dysfunction directly, something a night guard simply can't do.

βœ… Cervical spine contributions. Your upper neck and jaw share nerve pathways and influence each other, so treating the neck is often part of resolving the jaw pain.

If jaw pain has been holding you back, our team is ready to help. Book through the link in our bio. πŸ”—

Your forearms do more than you think, and most routines skip them entirely. πŸ’ͺ

Grip strength shows up everywhere, from opening jars to lifting at the gym. If your forearms feel weak or your wrists get achy, add these in:

βœ… Wrist Flexor/Extensor Stretch (loosens tight forearms)
βœ… Hammer Pronation/Supination (builds the muscles that rotate your palm)
βœ… Hammer Radial/Ulnar Deviation (side-to-side wrist control)
βœ… Towel Wrings (fires up grip and coordination)
βœ… Forearm Isometrics (strength and joint stability)

A few times a week and you'll feel the difference.

Share this with someone whose grip could use some work. πŸ“²

A huge shoutout to Asa, Katie, Cheyenne, Nick, and Raydan for representing us at the 4th Annual Chillax Dodgeball Charity Tournament hosted by Dr. Logan!

Our team, The Therabandits, took on the competition and finished in a tie for 2nd place after an exciting 2-on-2 playoff finale. Even more impressive? They competed with one fewer player than the other teams!

Beyond the competition, we're proud to support an event that gives back to the community. The Chillax Challenge Dodgeball Charity Event benefits Denver City Lacrosse and the Chill Foundation, helping make a positive impact for local youth.

Way to represent our team both on and off the court, you all rock! πŸ‘πŸ’™
