38 Years in Business. 38 Years of Helping People move Better 🙌. At Active Imprints we’ve had the honor of building custom orthotics for athletes, runners, walkers and everyone in between who simply want to stay active and pain free. Every foot tells a story. Every person moves differently. And for nearly four decades, our work has been about listening to, problem solving and helping people stay connected to the activities they love. 💕. That same mindset led us into shoe design. After years of helping people inside their shoes we asked “What if the shoe itself could be better?” 😜Active88!!!!! 👟👟. FEELING GOOD AGAIN !
It was really great to get back to Active Imprints ! My orthotics were destroyed due to age and wear and Jennifer and Danny were so very helpful by listening, looking at my feet, sharing their thoughts and getting my measurements for my new set ! When I explained the pain I was experiencing and why I thought I was having pain, they identified an issue with my achilles - an area I didn’t even consider as the source of my pain and discomfort. (I had visited another Orthotics location prior to returning to Active Imprints and they made no notice of my heel!!) From Active Imprints recommendation, I scheduled an appointment with an Orthopedic Specialist and it was confirmed I had Achilles Tendinitis !! With new orthotics, and the guidance of the Orthopedic Specialist, my pain has subsided to the point I am ready to get back to running pain free !!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Jennifer and Danny - ACTIVE IMPRINTS is the place to go for foot issues !!! YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!!👏👏👏🙏❤️

Danny went to his 50-year high school reunion this weekend — and yes, he showed up in his Active88 Boulders, because if there’s a dance floor, he’s ready. 🕺😎
Fun fact: Danny may be small, but in high school he was a tiny terror. Wide receiver in football — quick, sneaky, and impossible to catch. He also ran track: 4x100, 220, and low hurdles… basically anything that involved running really fast away from people.
His senior prediction said he’d “start his own clothing company.” Close enough — he went ahead and started three companies instead:
Active Imprints, Newton Running, and Active88 Footwear. (Guess he really took that prediction to heart.)
These days Danny is known as the Foot Whisperer — he can look at your feet for two seconds and know exactly what’s wrong. It’s slightly magical and slightly suspicious.
He’s also completed four 100-mile races, because apparently 26.2 miles wasn’t dramatic enough. He still runs at least five times a week, still makes custom orthotics, and is still building Active88 like a man on a mission.
Funny how life works out.
Danny’s words of wisdom:
Follow your passion. Never give up. And whatever you do — don’t stop moving… 😄🏃‍♂️.
