Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. 🎭 THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN: Why They Have To Destroy Your Name

Notice what happens right after you set a boundary?

They don't reflect. They recruit.

A narcissist can't control the truth, so they control the story about you.

They will run to everyone you both know and whisper:

"They're unstable."
"They're bitter."
"They were always difficult."

Why the urgency to destroy your reputation?

Because if they can make YOU the problem, they never have to answer for what THEY did.

Smear campaigns have 3 goals:

1️⃣ Pre-emptive strike: If they discredit you first, no one will believe you when you finally speak.

2️⃣ Recruit flying monkeys: People who barely know the story now feel righteous punishing you. It gives them permission to be cruel and call it justice.

3️⃣ Provoke you into reacting: Your emotional defense becomes "proof" that you are exactly who they said you were.

The trap is trying to correct every lie.

Don't.

You cannot win a reputation war with someone who has no shame about lying.

Your absence is louder than their narrative.

The people who believe lies without asking you were never safe for you anyway.

The truth doesn't need defending. It needs time.
