Brand new collaboration for the summer solstice Sunday June 13th.

Honor the essence of the Summer solstice in an immersive journey of joy, connection, heart, and play. Begin with a Vinyāsa practice led by Soozie’s Kinstler, dissolving into dance and an invitation into freeform, ecstatic expression as I DJ to create the soundscape. Then settle into Yoga Nidrā allowing the bodymind to integrate and receive. Come as you are. Move, feel, and celebrate the light within and around you.

I’ll be DJing for Devon’s class this Sunday from 10-11:30am.

Built from a shared love of movement, breath, sound, and subtle practice, this offering has become a community favorite.

I will curate an immersive soundscape to accompany Devon’s Solar Vinyasa class, offering a dynamic, breath-centered practice rooted in Prana Vinyasa and supported by intentional sound that helps deepen presence and flow.

We’ll also be celebrating our newest 200-hour graduates as they complete their program with us.
