Our nervous system is the lock and the key to everything you want to experience in this reality.

The crazy part about this thing called life is that we don’t see things as they are, we see things as we are. Our current beliefs and consciousness is a filter through which we see our life.

Deeper is, we experience life as our nervous system interprets it.

All things in your reality are generated and perceived by how regulated or dysregulated your nervous system is.
