Do you feel at a loss - or maybe a little peeved - when old patterns arise that you thought you were DONE with?
In this current age of an overflow of hacks and tools, it can feel like things should be cleared immediately once you've done a round of inner work.
Not.
Deep work is not one-and-done.
Patterns formed through Big T trauma, Little T trauma, past regrets, or inherited patterns from parents and ancestors can take hold in very deep ways.
So when you're expanding, you're likely to come up against some of that old ground again - because you're creating new ground.
It's like the universe doesn't want you to trip in your new path!
That's the season we're in now, with the equinox approaching: creating new ground.
So if you've seen some old stuff come up lately, don't feel bad. Take the work on with a good attitude, a little patience, and maybe even some curiosity.
In my latest blog, I explore why changing deep beliefs can be so hard - and what can actually help. I also share a few examples from my own recent experience.
