Tomorrow is the inaugural Butterfly Blueprint Quickstart and I feel that mix of excitement and tender nerves that comes with offering something new to the world.
The Butterfly Blueprint came out of a season where my own nervous system got loud. Not in a dramatic way. In the everyday way. The kind that looks like pushing through, staying armored, bracing for the next thing, and then wondering why you’re exhausted, reactive, foggy, or shut down.
At some point I stopped asking, “What is wrong with me?” and started asking, “What is my nervous system trying to do for me?”
That question changed everything.
This class is a simple, science-informed map for real life. The goal is not perfect calm. The goal is choice. More moments where you can pause. More access to words. More ability to stay present with yourself and the people you love.
