Finding balance is hard for all of us. Sometimes you need a little extra help to calm the nervous system from the inside out. Our goal at Light club is to help out clients and regulars discover and maintain a balanced state. In the first session with a client, we try to figure out if you have an over active or under active nervous system. And then you go on a light journey into your consciousness to hopefully help you reset and rebalance it. Book sessions Thursday to Sunday on our website.
