Happy 1st Anniversary to my love John Wesley Simmons ! šŸ’šŸ’—šŸŖ½

I love our sweet life, our beautiful home, and you.

Our meeting three years ago was a lucky alignment blessing. I’m so excited for many more magical moments to come šŸ’«āœØ

I hardly ever get my hair done. šŸ˜‚

I tend to neglect it for months. Leave it wet. Throw it up. Ponytails and sweaty workouts supersede drying and doing. I once went four years without a trim (COVID helped, but still). šŸ™ˆ

Until my wedding last year, I honestly didn’t understand why people invested so much time in it.

And then I felt it.

Not just what it was like to have my hair look pretty.

What it was like to have it feel light. Free. Taken care of.

And strangely, I felt different too.

Sitting in the salon again this weekend, I realized something:
I know this feeling really well.

Just not from my hair.

I know it from my body.

I know what it feels like when my spine is open, my muscles aren’t holding unnecessary tension, and my body feels light and free to move.

And unlike my hair šŸ˜‚, I know how to make that feeling last.

I do the things that maintain it.

It’s part of why, after decades of running, I can still run. Still race. Still ask a lot of my body without feeling like I’m fighting against it.

Most of us don’t pay that kind of attention to our bodies.
And why would we?

We don’t tend to think about our spine. Or our nerves. Or the deep structures supporting us as we move through the world.

Until something hurts.
Until something feels tight.
Until we can’t do something we used to be able to do.

But sitting there with freshly cut hair, feeling unexpectedly light and free, I couldn’t help thinking:

Imagine if your entire body felt this way.

Light.
Open.
Free.

And imagine knowing how to help it stay that way.

Maybe that’s why movement freedom has always meant so much more to me than being pain-free.

It’s the freedom to keep running.

To keep exploring.

To keep asking more of yourself and discovering what you’re capable of.

Because when your body opens up, your life can open up with it.

And that’s a feeling worth learning how to keep. šŸ’›

⚔ What’s something you tend to neglect until you remember how good it feels to take care of it?

Apparently mine is my hair. šŸ˜‚ What about you?

Back in May, I was on a plane to NYC to soft-launch my book and worrying whether my friend Rock would make it through the week.

He’d landed in the hospital and when I saw him there, sedated, hooked up to dialysis and many other machines, and heard his survival rate was 20%, I honestly didn’t know what would happen. And I didn’t know whether we’d still be hosting our retreat this September.

But I also know Rock. And true to form, he pulled through, even shocking all the doctors, I heard.

And after weeks in the hospital, and weeks in a rehab facility, he’s been spending the summer relearning to walk.

As they say, you must crawl before you can walk. You must walk before you can run.

He’s an example of inner and outer strength.

The Odysseus of his own life, I was not entirely surprised when he let me know we were definitely still ā€œonā€ for our retreat, and that he’d begun writing articles and handing out the flyers.

I personally can’t wait to hear what he has to share - about running and life - in September while we are surrounded by the peaceful grounds at the Drala Mountain Center, and enjoying community, good food, movement, and stillness.

If you’re feeling the call to connect with your higher nature, come retreat with us!

And do sign up now, as space is limited.

PS. As a special bonus, if you sign up by this Saturday 8/8, you’ll get a special 1:1 virtual coaching session with me. Just message me and say ā€œretreatā€ with a screenshot of your registration and we’ll get it scheduled!

Here are some memorable moments from past retreats!

June slid into July with 2 races, 2 masters award finishes, trail and gravel runs, fresh lettuce every day (the gift that keeps on giving) from the backyard garden oasis, my parents’ new house, saying goodbye to my childhood home, baby veggies growing every day, creek sits, and more.

It’s been a whirlwind week and I’m so happy to be up for it all!

Happy 4th and happy 250th anniversary of the United States of America šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø!!

To your happiness, freedom, and highest potential always!

Which voice do you listen to most when you’re investing in yourself?

The practical one that counts the cost, weighs the timing, finds a reason to wait.

Or the quieter one underneath. The one that already knows. That feels the pull. That recognizes something worth moving toward.

The practical voice is loud. It’s good at its job. And it almost always wins.

But the quantum leaps in my own life have never come from the practical voice. They’ve come from following the other one.

When I leaped into a LinkedIn program in February before I fully knew why, I found my voice and built a presence I didn’t have before.

When I leaped into Lucky Book Publishing the week after letting go of another publisher, something in me just knew. (Yes, even though it was a scary investment).

Not just about the book.
About the alignment.
The ripple that one yes keeps creating.

It was never just about the outcome. It was about who I became because of that one decision.

If something in you recognizes that feeling right now, don’t override it. Don’t downplay your best decision maker in favor of doubt.

This is actually what I teach inside my program too. How to listen to your body.

And how to listen to yourself.

The enrollment window for the NerveFlow Accelerator just closed at its current investment and bonuses. But it’s not going away, and neither am I.

I’m on a mission to help one million people heal unresolved pain and restore their natural freedom to move, without unnecessary medications, injections, or surgeries.

The doors reopen in a few weeks while I go into full SERVE mode for those already inside. And prep for the official launch of my book!

If the quieter voice has been nudging you about this, or the timing wasn’t quite right, send me a message. I’d love to keep the conversation going. šŸ’›

PS. I’d love to hear a time when you invested in yourself- said yes!- and it rippled out. Drop it below in the comments and inspire us all!

Right before the last lap of my second mile repeat this morning, something in me said: not today.

So I stopped. I stepped off the track. And I let it go.

And then I hopped back in for the final 4 quarters, stronger.

A few years ago I would have pushed through anyway or stopped and judged myself for weeks.

But I’ve learned- and keep relearning- that your body’s signals aren’t weakness. They’re information.

I had a patient ask me this week: how will I know we’re making progress?

The honest answer: healing isn’t always linear. But when you stop fighting your body and start listening to it, you get to the root. Not the surface. Not the symptoms. The actual source.

That’s the kind of progress that lasts.

The people who heal fastest aren’t the ones who push hardest. They’re the ones who learn to listen.

You hear the call. You allow instead of forcing or resisting what is. You step off the track for a lap.

And then, when it’s time, you step back on stronger than ever!

PS. That’s exactly what we do inside the NerveFlow Accelerator. And Friday is the last day to join at the current investment- after that the price goes up and the bonuses disappear.

If this is speaking to you, DM me or comment HEAL and I’ll shoot you the deets. šŸ’›

She almost didn’t say yes.

One of my favorite clients almost didn’t move forward with care.

She had already spent thousands of dollars trying to fix her pain.

She was tired. Skeptical. Frustrated.
Convinced this might just be another thing that didn’t work.

But here’s what I told her—and maybe it’ll resonate with you too:

šŸ‘‰ Your body isn’t broken.
It’s overloaded.

And most treatments?
They don’t speak the language of the nervous system.
They chase symptoms instead of resolving the system.

That’s why I created the NerveFlow Method, and why I opened a small group experience to walk people like her through it step-by-step.

Here’s what happened when she said yes:

✨ She calmed nerve irritation using simple, science-backed protocols
✨ She stopped foam rolling and over-exercising, and started gently resetting her system
✨ She finally woke up without pain
✨ She felt like herself again- strong, capable, and free

And here’s the thing:
She never saw me in person.
She doesn’t even live in Colorado.

What changed everything for her?

ā€œYou explained what was actually going on. Once I understood it wasn’t my fault—just a system that needed to be reset—I finally had hope.ā€

If you’ve been doing all the right things…
but still feel stuck in a loop of tightness, pain, or stress…

It’s not your fault.
It’s that the old approach wasn’t built for what’s really going on inside your body.

That’s what we change together inside The NerveFlow Accelerator.

Let’s get you moving freely again.

Special pricing and bonuses go away this Friday, June 5th. Let’s do it!!

Still wondering if my group coaching program The NerveFlow Accelerator is right for you?

Here are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve been getting:

🧠 What is the NerveFlow Methodā„¢?

It’s a step-by-step system that helps you release pain and tension by treating the neurological root cause—not just the symptoms.
We start with the nervous system, then layer in targeted muscle release and postural realignment.
No aggressive stretching, no 30+ minute workouts, and no relying on someone else to ā€œfixā€ you.

🦵 Will it work for my pain/injury/problem?

Most likely. It’s helped people with nerve pain, knee pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and more—even lingering pain that stuck around after PT.
We’ll chat 1:1 before enrollment to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

ā±ļø How much time does it take?

You can start seeing results with 20–30 minutes a few times a week.
Lessons are short and recorded. You can go at your own pace. Want more support? Join live Q&As and coaching calls.

🧩 I’ve already tried PT, massage, chiro… will this really be different?

Yes. Most people who join this program have tried everything else.
The missing piece? The nervous system. When you treat the root—not just the symptoms—everything shifts.

šŸŒŽ Do I need to see you in person?

Nope! This program was designed to work remotely, so I can help more people with this method. I’ve had clients all over the world get results!
You’ll learn simple, effective techniques you can do from home—and still get support when you need it.

šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø Is it personalized?
Yes. You’ll get access to the full system, plus support to tailor it to your body and symptoms.
You’re never doing it alone.

šŸ“… What if I can’t start right away?
You’ll have 6 months of access to all materials, live support, and any bonuses.
Start when you’re ready—but join now to lock in early access, bonuses, and special pricing.

Still have a question? Or curious if this would work for you?
Drop a comment or DM me! šŸ‘‡

This might be the different path forward you’ve been looking for.
And I’d love to walk it with you.

Bolder Boulder 10k done. āœ…šŸŽ‰šŸ’ƒšŸ¼

Not my fastest. Not my best race day. But I showed up, wore my šŸ’™šŸ’›BELIEVEšŸ’›šŸ’™ race kit for inspo, and at some point (unexpectedly) stopped racing and started running. Running for fun, for running itself, and to just to, well, get to be out there. šŸ’Ŗ

Sometimes that’s the win.

šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø That and spending our family Memorial Day tradition with my sister and super-fast nephew.

šŸ† Winning my age (45) and also beating it.. those are things at

šŸŽSwinging by my alma mater’s booth at the expo (woop !).

šŸ˜Ž Snagging a new pair of sunnies on the way in to the finish. spontaneous swerve.

🫧 Hitting the pool to kill time between race and tribute.

šŸ‘Æā€ā™€ļø And seeing and running with friends before, during, and after the race!!

So many more wins than I can count!! šŸ†šŸ†šŸ†

Always a fun day. Thanks for another great event!!

I’m so happy and lucky that I GET to be out there!

There’s something I keep coming back to:

Limitation makes you feel older.
Freedom makes you feel younger.

And getting to the starting line- whatever that looks like for you- is always worth it.

šŸ’›PS. I’m working with a small group of people this June to do exactly that. Get back to moving freely, without the pain that’s been holding them back. šŸ†

Bonuses and enrollment close soon. If that’s you, comment BELIEVE or shoot me a DM.
