After Mercury retrograde, grounding isn’t just about finding calm—it’s about supporting your whole system.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this means nurturing:
🌬 The Metal element (Lungs) → your breath, your voice, your truth.
🌿 The Wood element (Liver) → the smooth flow of Qi so emotions + words don’t get stuck.

When we restore these systems, clarity and ease return—making space for presence, balance, and serenity.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, doyo marks the gentle threshold between seasons——a time to slow down, nourish, and prepare for the changes ahead.

These tips are rooted in the Earth element to help you:
✨ Support digestion
✨ Stabilize energy
✨ Feel grounded through seasonal shifts

From mindful meals to seasonal acupuncture, each small ritual helps you move with nature’s rhythm instead of against it.

Which of these tips will you try this week? Share in the comments!

Tuck yourself in with a little self-care ritual tonight. Spend 1–2 minutes on each point to quiet the mind and welcome deeper rest:

•Yin Tang (Third Eye) – Between the brows; melts anxiety & racing thoughts
•Anmian (“Peaceful Sleep”) – Just behind the earlobe; invites deep, restorative rest
•Heart 7 (Shenmen, “Spirit Gate”) – Inner wrist crease; anchors the Shen, easing insomnia

How-to ritual:
1. Close your eyes and take a slow inhale.
2. Gently press the point while exhaling.
3. Visualize your breath descending from Brow ➜ Heart ➜ Belly.
4. Repeat on each side, then drift off.

Save this for your bedtime wind-down & share with the friend who’s counting far too many sheep.

Stress feels like heat rising—head buzzing, chest tight, mind racing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine that’s excess Fire energy. Cool it fast with these seven self-acupressure points:

→ Du-20 (top of head) – clears heat, eases headaches
→ Yin Tang (third eye) – melts anxious thoughts
→ Ren-17 (chest center) – opens breath, softens heaviness
→ Heart-7 (wrist crease) – calms irritability & worry
→ Pericardium-6 (inner forearm) – steadies nerves (bonus: anti-nausea)
→ Liver-3 (top of foot) – releases pent-up anger
→ Spleen-6 (inner leg) – resets body & mind

How-to: press each point 1–2 min while breathing slowly. Ground with a foot roll if tension lingers.

Put your body in good hands.

Feeling that midday slump? You’re not alone.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, “fire” energy naturally rises during the midday hours—only to drop, leaving many of us feeling foggy, tired, or overstimulated.

The good news: balance is possible.

By nourishing your Yin, choosing seasonal foods, and aligning your movement with the rhythms of the day, you can support your energy naturally.

Try these rituals to restore midday harmony:
• Eat lightly and seasonally
• Sip warm, cooling herbal teas
• Move in the morning or evening
• Avoid excess cold/raw foods midday

Put your body in good hands.
