It’s a labor of love, born of many years helping folks navigate their bodies and how they move through this thing called life. With an absolutely amazing friend & co-worker (apropos that auto-correct wanted that to say “warrior”), and thousands of conversations to celebrate… and process… the wins and woes we all face.

Together.

With as much hope and humor as we can muster.
