PREM Wellness is now welcoming new patients at our new Boulder location.

This space was created with intention—a place where patients can slow down, feel supported, and receive individualized care focused on restoring balance, recovery, and long-term wellness.

PREM Wellness offers personalized acupuncture, sport recovery-focused care, pediatric treatments, facial rejuvenation, and holistic wellness services designed to help you move, feel, and live better.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. I’m excited to continue serving the Boulder community and look forward to welcoming you into this new space.

I’m turning 39. Here’s what I’d tell my 29-year-old self…
Rejection is redirection.

Some things fall apart because they were never meant to stay. One day you’ll look back and realize the hardest moments were quietly shaping you into someone stronger, wiser, and more aligned with your purpose.

You’re not running out of time.
At 29, you think you need to have everything figured out. You don’t. Life isn’t late. Some of the best chapters begin when you finally know who you are.

Protect your peace.
Not everyone will understand your path — and that’s okay. Stop shrinking yourself to make others comfortable. The right people will see your heart, your effort, and your value.

Your body hears everything your mind says.
Stress, burnout, survival mode… it all shows up physically. Slow down. Rest is productive too. Healing matters.

Maybe your glow-up wasn’t meant for your teens or 20s.
Maybe it happens in your late 30s — when your confidence is real, your standards are higher, your heart is softer, and your strength comes from experience, not validation.

Still learning. Still growing. Still becoming. ✨

Runner recovery tip for today’s race day 🏃🏻‍♀️✨

GB34 (Yang Ling Quan) is one of my favorite acupressure points for runners and athletes. In Chinese medicine, it’s known as the influential point of tendons and sinews — commonly used to support mobility, ease tension, and help the body recover from repetitive impact and training.

This point is often used for:
• outer knee & IT band tension
• tight calves & peroneals
• hip and leg mobility
• post-run recovery support

📍Location: just below the outside of the knee, slightly in front of the head of the fibula.

Try pressing firmly for 30–60 seconds on each side before or after your run.

✨People often see acupuncture as simply “needles,” but few realize the years of education, clinical training, and national board examinations required behind the profession.

📚Earning my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences included extensive training in both Eastern and Western medicine — from anatomy, pathology, orthopedic evaluation, and diagnostic imaging to acupuncture point prescriptions, pulse and tongue diagnosis, rehabilitation medicine, and herbal medicine.

👩🏻‍⚕️On top of classroom education, we completed over 3,000 hours of academic and clinical training before becoming eligible for national board examinations and licensure.

🩺Acupuncture medicine is far more comprehensive than most people realize — blending both Eastern and Western medical perspectives to support patient care holistically.
