Life feels really fast right now.
It's one of the most common things I hear from women.
A few months ago, I was looking ahead at a particularly full week.
My calendar was packed, but it was packed with things I wanted to show up for.
There wasn't really anything I wanted to remove.
What I wanted was more space.
Since I couldn't create more space in my schedule, I got curious about creating more space within myself.
The practice that emerged was surprisingly simple:
Rest in the basin of your pelvic bowl.
Again and again throughout that week, I would bring my attention back to my pelvis and the support beneath me.
I noticed I could soften.
Breathe.
Receive support.
Remember that I didn't have to hold everything up on my own.
What I found was that space wasn't something I needed to find.
It was something I could experience.
It's a practice I've continued ever since.
This is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping women develop a deeper relationship with their pelvis.
Not just anatomically.
Experientially.
Because the more connected I become to this part of myself, the more supported, grounded, and spacious I feel.
On June 15th, I'm teaching a virtual workshop called Mapping Your Pelvis.
We'll explore this remarkable center of the body and begin developing a more refined relationship with it physically, emotionally, and energetically.
If you're craving a little more space in your life right now, I'd love to have you join us.
