If you have migraine, your nervous system is hypersensitive and can sometimes overreact to different stimulation

You might have a family member that tries a treatment and made them feel great and you try it too, but it makes you feel horrible and sends you into a flare

This is because people with migraine have an overactive nervous system and it means when you’re doing new things or new treatments you usually need to take it slow and allow time for your brain to adapt to new stimulation

Give yourself some more grace, this isn’t your fault it is how you brain is wired
