I started here right out of high school as an assistant.

I got to see how the practice ran, how Dr. Baird worked, and how the team operated together. When I decided I wanted to become a hygienist, the office supported me, beyond just words, they helped me get there.

I went to hygiene school and came back. Most hygienists take a job somewhere and learn that office from scratch. I already knew this one.

I think that makes a difference in how I take care of my patients.

One of our patients came in for a consultation with concerns about their bite, jaw joints, and teeth. Dr. Baird listened closely and made them feel comfortable right from that first conversation.

Next came the temporaries. He walked them through exactly what the process would look like, what it would feel like, and what to expect from wearing them.

Then came the final step: swapping the temporaries for crowns. They say he kept that part smooth, comfortable, and easy from start to finish.
