Back on the mound and Shoulder Strong! 💪⚾

We’re celebrating a huge milestone for Michael, a former Lincoln-Way West standout, who is back doing what he loves after a successful left shoulder arthroscopy with Tom Antkowiak, MD, MS and the Oak team.

As a left-handed pitcher, returning to full strength was the goal, and we’re thrilled to see Michael back on the mound and feeling great.

The best is yet to come! Michael is headed to the University of Notre Dame next year, where he’ll continue both his academic and baseball career.

Congratulations, Michael! We wish you all the best as you begin this exciting new chapter. ☘️💚

Sports like football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, and baseball/softball place added stress on growing bones, making growth plate injuries more likely than the sprains adults typically experience.

We're proud to support events that keep our communities moving! 🚴💚

IBJI was proud to sponsor this year's Elmhurst Cycling Classic, including the exciting Twilight Mile.

A special shoutout to Alex Tauchen, MD, who sponsored the Twilight Mile and was there cheering on the runners alongside his family. Even better, his son joined in the fun and raced in the Twilight Mile!

We love seeing our community come together and make the most of summer!
