Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox and start your week in flow! Escape the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a restorative sound healing journey to relax deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your true nature.
We’ll get you comfy in an antigravity chair (or on the floor, if you prefer) with a weighted lavender-infused eye pillow and cozy blanket then you can allow the soothing rhythm of the grandmother drum and the resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you, gently guiding you into a deeply meditative state, where energetic healing can take place.
As sound waves permeate your being, they can help to calm the nervous system, balance your energy centers, and promote a sense of profound tranquility.
Other benefits of sound healing include improved sleep quality, enhanced creativity and intuition, a boost to the immune system and a deeper connection to Self. No prior experience is necessary.
Limited to 6 attendees, with one lucky guest getting to lay on my massage table with foam topper and heated gemstone mat (as long as you don’t have a pacemaker, insulin or intrathecal pump or hardware that could be negatively effected by bidirectional magnets).
Instruments are played over your body as well to clear your energy centers and field. 🌀✨
