Have you wondered what a sound massage is?

In traditional massage, you are on a table and the practitioner manipulates the soft tissues of your body, generally with the hands. Massages promote well being by helping the client to relax and release tension. A traditional massage can stimulate blood flow and aid lymphatic drainage.

A sound massage also occurs on a table. You remain fully clothed. However, vibrating bowls are placed on the body. It is a hands-off method of delivering many of the same benefits as traditional massage. Muscles relax, brain waves slow, emotions release. Himalayan bowls as well as drums and chimes are used around and on the body.
