📢 Important Patient Portal & Registration Update
As we transition to our new electronic health record system and patient portal, Epic & Avera MyChart, we ask for your patience and understanding during this process.
To help ensure uninterrupted care, please note the following:
✅ Plan Ahead for Prescription Refills
During this transition, prescription refill requests may take up to 48 hours to process. We encourage patients to request refills early and avoid waiting until medications are nearly gone.
✅ Bring Your Driver’s License & Insurance Card to Your Next Appointment
As part of the conversion to our new system, patient identification and insurance information must be re-entered and verified. Please bring your current driver’s license and insurance card, even if you have provided them in the past.
