Healing does not only happen in a session. It happens on a walk. In a real meal eaten slowly. In sleep you finally protect.

That is why CCW offers integrative mental health, wellness, and counseling services. We treat the whole person, not just the appointment hour. Movement, nutrition, rest, and mindfulness are part of the plan, right alongside evidence-based counseling.

What is one small thing you will do for your body today? Tell us below.

CCW (Centers for Counseling and Wellness, Intl) Thought Logic Series with Mr. V (Leon)
Episode 1: Stop Thinking So Much

Have you ever noticed how your mind keeps replaying the same conversation, the same mistake, or the same “what if” over and over again?

Thinking is helpful. Overthinking isn’t.

When we overthink, we often convince ourselves that we’re solving the problem, when in reality, we’re just staying stuck in it.

Here are three things to remember:

First, recognize the difference between useful thinking and overthinking.
Useful thinking helps you make a decision or solve a problem. Overthinking keeps you trapped in circles without moving forward.

Second, practice mindfulness and being present.
Bring yourself back to this moment. Focus on your breathing, your surroundings, or the task in front of you. You don’t have to solve tomorrow’s problems today.

Third, set limits and take one small step.
Instead of trying to figure everything out, ask yourself, “What’s the next right step?” Progress comes from action, not endless analysis.

Remember, it’s okay if you don’t have everything figured out. None of us do. Growth happens one decision, one moment, and one step at a time.

I’m Mr. V with Centers for Counseling & Wellness, International.

You have a voice. You matter.

Growth doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in the little choices you make every day.

Be kind to yourself, celebrate your progress, and remember that every step forward matters.

Your mental health matters. Your wellness matters. You matter. 🤍

📦 Transfer season is here. Is your family's mental health care ready for the move?

Every summer, thousands of military families pack up their lives and report to a new installation. New schools. New community. New everything.

What often gets left behind: behavioral health care.

Finding a new therapist who understands military culture, accepts TRICARE, and has availability can take months. For families already managing transition stress, that gap can be costly.

CCW International was built to close that gap.

Our PCS Continuity of Care model means:
✔ Telehealth access from your current location AND your gaining installation
✔ Clinicians who are trained in military culture and trauma
✔ Coverage through TRICARE East, West, and Overseas
✔ OCONUS support, including Europe
✔ No starting over. No losing progress.

Whether your family is heading CONUS or OCONUS, we can work to keep your care with you.
