Living with MS? The fatigue is real — and movement is one of the few things proven to push back on it.
For years the advice was to rest. The evidence now says the opposite. A Cochrane review of 45 trials and 2,250 people with MS found that exercise therapy reduced fatigue — and did not raise the risk of relapse. The key word is guided. The right intensity, the right days, the right progression. That's what a neuro-trained physical therapist builds around your body, your symptoms, and your home.
You don't have to figure it out alone, and you don't have to drive anywhere to start.
