March and April's theme was Farm and Farm animals.
Songs included the classic Old McDonald Had a Farm as well as Down on Grandpa's Farm and The Farmer in the Dell. The kids loved using a farm animal as a game piece when we played game boards (especially when practicing speech sounds)! Why questions helped kids learn where food comes from - Why are there cows on farms? Because they give us milk and hamburgers. Spatial concepts (in, on between, under, etc.) were worked on while doing a scavenger hunt for the animals.

Vedder Therapy was in Pemberville's Christmas parade this past Sunday evening. It was cold and a little on the wet side, but it was fun to see everyone who came out for it and to pass out candy and business cards.
