We are seeking a compassionate and experienced physician to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direction for our hospice and palliative care medical program. This role works closely with our interdisciplinary team to guide patient care, support symptom management, ensure quality and compliance, and help patients and families receive respectful, coordinated, and compassionate care.

Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, a current unrestricted Kentucky medical license, valid DEA and NPI registrations, and board certification in primary care or a related specialty. Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to help provide after-hours and weekend support for hospice patients and families. This important role helps ensure patients receive skilled nursing care, comfort, and guidance when urgent needs arise outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities may include patient visits, answering family questions, coordinating with physicians, ordering medications, admitting new patients, and communicating updates with the care team.
Candidates must have a current RN license to practice in Kentucky. Two years of nursing experience is preferred, and hospice or home health experience is a plus.
