Hospice of Southern Kentucky is looking for a full-time Medical Director to help lead our hospice and palliative care services. 💙

This physician leadership role provides clinical guidance, supports individualized plans of care, collaborates with physicians and care teams, educates staff and community providers, and helps ensure patients and families receive comfort-focused care that honors their goals, wishes, and unique journey.

Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, a current unrestricted Kentucky medical license, valid DEA and NPI registrations, and board certification in primary care or a related specialty. Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with a heart for compassionate care, collaborative teamwork, and service to patients and families during one of life’s most important seasons.

We are seeking a Full-Time Home Team R.N. to provide compassionate care for patients and families during one of life’s most important seasons. This position includes patient assessment, care planning, symptom management, family support, coordination with physicians and care teams, and helping patients experience comfort and dignity.

Applicants must be licensed to practice as an RN in Kentucky. Nursing experience is preferred, with hospice or home health experience considered a plus.

Hospice of Southern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Home Hospice R.N. On Call to support patients and families during evenings, weekends, and other on-call hours. This role is focused on comfort, symptom support, urgent patient needs, family guidance, and compassionate care when it is needed most.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Kentucky RN who can work closely with physicians, families, caregivers, and the hospice care team while providing calm, thoughtful support in sensitive situations.
