📚🎉 We had a wonderful time attending the @
Edmonson County Schools Back to School Bash today!

This marks the third event that the Center for Accessible Living – Bowling Green has been honored to participate in this year!
We always enjoy connecting with students, families, educators, and community partners while sharing information about the services and supports we provide.

As another school year begins, we wish all students, teachers, and school staff a safe, successful, and exciting year ahead! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello—we appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic event.

We look forward to coming back again next year! 💙

🎉 What an incredible way to wrap up a busy week!

A huge thank you to Alford's Care2U, LLC for hosting an informative Lunch & Learn highlighting the pharmacy and medical services they provide to our community as part of the Center for Accessible Living – Bowling Green’s Disability Pride Month celebration!

We were thrilled to have staff, volunteers, consumers, and community partners join us for an afternoon of learning, networking, and celebrating disability pride. Building partnerships like these helps strengthen our community and ensures individuals with disabilities have greater access to valuable resources and services.

This marks the third event this week that CAL Bowling Green has either attended or hosted—and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We remain committed to connecting with our community, building relationships, and advocating for independent living every chance we get.

We’re taking care of business… and that’s exactly how we like it! 💙♿

It’s been a busy week at CAL BG!

Today, the Center for Accessible Living – Bowling Green was proud to participate in the Passport by Molina Healthcare Back-to-School Bash! 📚🎒
It was another wonderful opportunity to connect with families, share information ℹ️

One of the highlights of the day was touring Passport by Molina Healthcare’s accessible Mobile Medical Clinic. Our staff had the opportunity to see firsthand how the clinic is designed to improve access to healthcare for individuals with disabilities and others who may face barriers to receiving medical care. Accessible healthcare is an important part of building an inclusive community, and we appreciate Passport by Molina Healthcare’s commitment to meeting people where they are.

Thank you again to Passport by Molina in Bowling Green for hosting such a fantastic event and for inviting CAL-BG to be part of it.
We look forward to continuing our partnership to promote independence, accessibility, and inclusion throughout South Central Kentucky!

As we help kick off another school year, the Center for Accessible Living - Bowling Green was honored to participate in the Warren County Public Schools Back to School Bash 2026! 🎒📚

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with students, families, educators, and community partners while sharing information about the services and supports CAL provides to help individuals with disabilities live independently.

Thank you to our community partners & volunteers for donating supplies so we can make this event and others we attend possible! (yes we’re still taking donations for other events!)

A very special thank you to our amazing volunteer, Delaney Helton for dedicating her afternoon to assist me at our booth. Your willingness to serve our community and represent CAL with kindness and enthusiasm is truly appreciated. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We hope everyone has a safe, successful, and exciting school year! 💙

This summer CAL BG and Jaycees-Bowling Green, Kentucky/ SOKY Fairgrounds made a beautiful partnership!
Center for Accessible Living - Bowling Green provided a portable ramp to allow the inclusive beauty pageant to be accessible to all participants.
If the ramp was needed to accommodate or eliminate any barriers for fair attendees: it could be used for that as well! 🦽🦼

We are so thankful for this partnership and opportunity, and looking forward to working together next year as well! 🎡🎠🎟️🎢
