Last week we celebrated the diverse cultures represented throughout the community for National Health Center Week! Our CHW’s planned a fun week for the staff, hunting flags and some activities during lunch to relax after those busy mornings. Thursday morning we also held a Health Fair for the community with some great vendors and resources!! Thank you all for your support last week!! 🌍🏥🫱🏾‍🫲🏽
