Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying a fun Luau-themed meal filled with delicious food, tropical decorations, and lots of smiles!

A huge thank you to Sue and her amazing Dietary team for preparing a fantastic meal, and to Holly and the Activities team for creating such a fun and festive atmosphere. We’d also like to recognize all of our incredible Wood Haven Heroes who pitched in to help make this special event a success.

It’s moments like these that make Wood Haven feel like home. Thank you to everyone who helped bring a little island fun to our residents! 🌺🍍💙

Our Coffee Hour was extra special as our intern, Hannah, shared the Dare to Dream program with our residents! ☕✨

Hannah did a wonderful job introducing the program, explaining how it works, and encouraging residents to think about the dreams and experiences they’d like to make a reality.

We’re so proud of the great work Hannah is doing during her internship and appreciate her passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents. Great job, Hannah!

We were so excited to welcome Open Hearts Band to Wood Haven for the first time! 🎶❤️

Their music brought so much joy, laughter, and plenty of smiles to our residents and staff. It was wonderful to see everyone singing along, tapping their toes, and enjoying such a special afternoon together.

Throughout her years at Wood Haven, Anna has made a lasting impact with her compassion, kindness, and unwavering dedication to our residents, their families, and her coworkers. Her commitment to caring for others has touched countless lives and helped make Wood Haven feel like home.

Nothing brightens our day quite like a visit from our friends at Dunn’s Kiddie Kare! 💙

There’s something so special about seeing different generations come together. From smiles and laughter to sweet conversations and plenty of high-fives, our residents loved spending time with these amazing kiddos.
