Anne Hathaway says one dinner in Iceland completely changed the way she thought about food, health, and her body. 🐟❄️

While filming Interstellar in Reykjavík with husband Adam Shulman and co-star Matt Damon, Hathaway was reportedly following a strict vegan diet at the time.

During dinner at a Michelin-starred seafood restaurant, she carefully questioned the staff about where the salmon came from. When they pointed toward the nearby fjord and explained the fish had been caught locally, she decided to try it.

Anne later admitted the experience shocked her physically, saying it felt like her brain had “rebooted like a computer.”

The next day, she said she felt stronger, healthier, and more energized — a moment that eventually reshaped how she approached nutrition and balance in her life.
