We currently operate freestanding EDs throughout the Sunshine State, and we're not slowing down. Our newest location, ER at Harrison Ranch (an extension of Manatee Memorial Hospital), is under construction and set to open Fall 2026, bringing 24/7 full-service emergency care to yet another Florida community.

🌍 Kaitlyn Wynne and Dr. Elhardt embodied the heart of EM Alliance on a medical missions trip El Salvador, and Dr. Delhamer repped EM Alliance across the globe in Turkey.

🏗️ The ER at Hypoluxo hit a major construction milestone with its topping off ceremony.

🎓 Dr. Bromberg and Dr. Delhamer hosted an educational webinar with EMRAF for "RVU Decoded," because investing in the next generation of EM docs is part of who we are.

🏆 Manatee ER at Palma Sola was named the 2025 UHS Acute Care Division Freestanding Emergency Department of the Year among 35 UHS FEDs nationwide.

Provider Spotlight ✨✨

Meet two of our amazing providers, Kaitlyn Wynne, NP and Mary Elhardt, MD, who recently took their skills far beyond the walls of the ED.

Kaitlyn and Dr. Elhardt traveled to Santa Ana, El Salvador with the Full Smile Foundation for a combined medical and dental mission trip. As leaders of the medical team, they worked alongside more than 20 dental professionals to see over 350 patients in just three days, performing joint injections and treating conditions like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and gastritis at the UNASA medical and dental schools.

Three days. 350 patients. One incredible team.

Alan B. Miller Medical Center is officially open, and EM Alliance is proud to be the team behind the ED doors.
