Our End of Summer Luau was an absolute blast! It was wonderful to see everyone come together to enjoy delicious food, great music, refreshing snow cones, and, most importantly, each other’s company. 🌴☀️

Our residents bring wisdom, stories, laughter, and so many meaningful moments to our community, while our associates bring compassion, kindness, and heart to everything they do. We are so grateful for the relationships, memories, and connections that make Brookdale Springmeadows feel like home.

We kicked off National Assisted Living Week on Monday by celebrating an incredible milestone, Kathy’s 101st birthday! 💐❤️

We had such a wonderful time throwing Kathy a birthday party filled with smiles, laughter, delicious treats and lots of love. What a special way to begin a week dedicated to celebrating the amazing people who make our community so special!

What a special visit!

We loved welcoming Cowboy Heaven with their miniature horse and Eagle Mount with their quarter horses! The smiles, stories, and memories shared were truly heartwarming, especially for residents who have had horses of their own. We’re so grateful for these wonderful visits and can’t wait to see our four-legged friends again soon! 🐴❤️

After three wonderful years of dedication to Brookdale and our residents, our RCC, Kyli, is off to bigger and better things! We are so grateful for the care, compassion, and memories she has shared with our community. We will certainly miss her, but we’re so excited to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish next!

Our residents had an amazing time at our Car Show, featuring incredible vehicles ranging from 1914 to 2026. There was something for everyone to admire, and seeing the smiles and excitement made the day even more special.
