Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Rocky Mountain Vein Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Billings, Montana.
This position is ideal for a team-oriented individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced specialty clinic. The successful candidate must be able to multitask effectively, providing both excellent clinical support and exceptional front office customer service. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting providers during clinic, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and helping ensure the clinic operates efficiently each day.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
