We are fortunate to live in a community with a lot of choices for your physical therapy!

You may not know this, but Build Physio & Performance was created to fill the need for evidence informed, data driven, technology powered rehab for ACL reconstructed people.

Not having the right tools or training make it difficult to deliver rehab to such an active community.

We changed that.

Not a new face to Build. It sucks being hurt, but tearing the other ACL in a contact injury in one of the last games of basketball season, sucks even worse when you have put in your rehab time. We are older and wiser now though, the training, understanding, and knowledge gained from the first go around is helping. At 16 weeks out, Matthew Phillips is crushing his rehab kicking out 215 ft-lbs. keep up the hard work!

💫 Join us this Thursday to say farewell to Nathan Henderson !

Nathan started at Build Physio & Performance 4 years ago, fresh out of PT school. We’re privileged to be his first career stop of many as he continues to contribute towards our profession as a whole, studying ACL reconstructions, specifically changes that occur at the donor tissue site.

Nathan has been instrumental to our community in implementing testing solutions and data analysis, as well as our weekly poll board. He is curious, intentional, dependable and a good friend to many of us.

We are going to miss Nathan terribly, but his contributions will live on and we will watch what he does in the next 4 years… with much anticipation!

UCF got themselves a true 🦄. Keep him busy!

If you are unable to attend, please share a note to him in the comments!

New favorite version of a constrained decel lunge for our post op ACLs. Voltra for the eccentric overload, and safety pin above the head to maintain depth with cue of only focusing on shifting bodyweight forward and backward.

Mason hit a 💫clinic all time record💫 for his 12 week ACLR (BPTB)+ meniscus repair test!

🏀 118% quad torque to body weight with isometric testing (and 157% BW 😤on non surgery side)

🏀 First time doing an isokinetic test and hit 78% quad torque to body weight and 59% ham torque to body weight on surgical side.

Results match his effort! Way to go Mason!
