Root Therapy & Wellness is a holistic outpatient therapy clinic in Bozeman, MT providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for patients of all ages. Since opening in 2019, we've built our practice around a simple belief: lasting recovery comes from treating the root cause of pain, injury, and dysfunction — not just managing symptoms. Every patient at Root receives one-on-one care from a licensed therapist and a personalized treatment plan built around their unique needs and goals. We treat the whole person — mind and body — to restore strength, mobility, and independence. Our physical therapy services include orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, hands-on manual therapy, and injury prevention. Our occupational therapy team helps patients of all ages regain the skills and independence needed for daily life, work, and play, using modalities including craniosacral and myofascial release. Our speech-language services support communication, language development, and swallowing function for both children and adults. We also offer pediatric therapy across all three disciplines, along with yoga and wellness classes that extend recovery beyond the treatment table. Montana is a direct access state, which means most patients can begin physical therapy without a physician referral.
