We’re proud to welcome Michele Pinta to the team! Michele brings over 10 years of nursing experience with Lee Health, including 7 years as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse specializing in kidney transplant and colorectal surgery patients. She later advanced into a leadership role as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor, where she supported clinical teams and helped oversee system-wide patient care operations.

A proud Lee County native, Michele earned her BSN from Nova Southeastern University and her MSN from Western Governors University, building a strong foundation in both advanced clinical practice and healthcare leadership. Her excellence in care was recognized with the Breakthrough Nursing Award during her time at Lee Health.

As a Senior Transitions Coordinator, she combines her extensive clinical background, leadership experience, and deep community roots to help seniors and families navigate care decisions with clarity, confidence, and compassion. We’re so excited to have her on the team! 💙

Recently, Brandi Lamb had the privilege of helping a wonderful family navigate an unexpected season following surgery, rehabilitation, and major life changes. Together, they explored options and found a community that could provide the care, comfort, therapy, and support their loved one needed.

This week, Brandi, DeAnna, and members of the SCA family were able to celebrate Wanda's 71st birthday before she begins her next chapter of treatment. Seeing her surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and love was a beautiful reminder that even during difficult seasons, there is still so much joy to be found.

Happy Birthday, Wanda! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We are cheering you on every step of the way. 💙
