Lily's Promise

Lily's Promise Lily’s Promise offers personalized, highest-level care in a beautiful residential setting that truly feels like home. Patrick

With a 3:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, each individual receives attentive, compassionate support to live a happy and comfortable life. The name Lily's Promise was derived from my mother’s innate compassion for others. Liliane, or “Lily” for short, was always more concerned for those in her care than she was for herself. After she passed away a few years ago, I decided I wanted to create senior ca

re homes that placed that same level of emphasis on compassion that she always did. I decided that our homes would specialize in providing the best available care to families with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. I truly believe that our residential homes provide the ideal environment for safety and catered attention for addressing the specialized needs of our residents. In addition, I wanted to personally make a difference in an area of healthcare where I believe it is most needed. With Alzheimer's Disease now thought to be the 3rd leading cause of death among seniors, it is impacting more and more families every single day. By providing a safe and caring memory care home for our seniors, I believe we can have a positive impact on the lives of the families that choose to entrust us with their family members as they endure the progressive changes of the aging process. However, the ultimate reason I created the name, Lily’s Promise, was to represent my commitment to our residents and their families, as to the level of care, integrity, and compassion they will receive from myself, as well as every member of our staff each and every day. We proudly post these core values in every home’s entrance with a sense of pride. We understand the level of care you expect for your loved family members and I am committed to providing a level of care that would make my mother smile and proud.

💜 Alzheimer’s Tip of the Day 💜

When a loved one with Alzheimer’s repeats the same question over and over, try to remember:

They’re not giving you a hard time.
They’re having a hard time.

Instead of correcting them or saying, “You already asked me that,” take a breath and answer gently. What feels repetitive to us may feel brand new to them.

A little patience can turn a moment of frustration into a moment of comfort.

At the end of the day, they may not remember what was said—but they will remember how you made them feel. 💜

A room is open at Lily’s Promise 💜

This is the place where their loved one can feel safe, known, and truly cared for — not in a facility, but in a real home.

At Lily’s Promise, our days are filled with familiar faces, home-cooked meals, gentle routines, laughter, and care that feels personal because it is.

We currently have rooms available in our small residential assisted living homes.

💜 Lily’s Promise Alzheimer’s Tip 💜

Meet them where they are.

If your loved one believes they’re waiting for their mother, going to work, or preparing for an event that happened years ago, try not to correct them. Instead, enter their world with kindness.

Rather than:
❌ “Your mother passed away years ago.”

Try:
❤️ “Tell me about your mother. What was she like?”

A gentle conversation often brings more comfort than a difficult reality check. With Alzheimer’s, preserving peace and connection is often more important than being right.

At Lily’s Promise, we believe every moment is an opportunity for dignity, comfort, and love. 💜

💜 June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month.

Alzheimer’s has touched so many families—including ours. Behind every diagnosis is a person with a lifetime of memories, a unique story, and people who love them deeply.

At Lily’s Promise, we are reminded every day that while memories may fade, the need for kindness, connection, laughter, and love never does. It is a privilege to walk alongside our residents and their families, celebrating each smile, each moment of recognition, and each day together.

This month, we honor those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, the families who support them, and the caregivers who dedicate their hearts to making every day meaningful. 💜

🏡 Not All Assisted Living Feels the Same ❤️

There is a very big difference between a large facility… and a real home.

At many large “big box” communities:
• Dozens — sometimes hundreds — of residents
• Long hallways and institutional feel
• Higher staff turnover
• Residents can feel lost in the crowd
• Less personalized daily routines
• Busy, overwhelming environments

At Lily’s Promise:
• Small residential homes in quiet neighborhoods-only 6 residents per home
• Warm, familiar home environment
• High caregiver-to-resident ratios
• Consistent staff and meaningful relationships
• Personalized routines and one-on-one attention
• Calm, comfortable setting that reduces anxiety

We believe seniors deserve more than a room in a facility. They deserve comfort, dignity, familiarity, and a place that truly feels like home. 🌿
