Cole Slade, DO, is an internal medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the Bradenton community. Dr. Slade earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida before pursuing medical training at Kansas City University, where he graduated with honors. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at HCA Florida Blake Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident for one year. Raised in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, Dr. Slade developed an early appreciation for community-centered healthcare and remains committed to serving patients across the region. His training at leading institutions, including Tampa General Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, and UF Health Shands Hospital, has provided him with advanced training in managing complex medical conditions across diverse patient populations. Dr. Slade has interests in preventive care, hematologic disorders, weight loss/lifestyle medicine, and complex chronic disease management.
