September brings special attention to Pain Awareness, Healthy Aging, and National Recovery Month, making it a meaningful time to explore the many ways we can support healing, movement, resilience, connection, and overall well-being.
The month's featured Celebrate You Saturday will be held Saturday, September 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at I Am Well Darke County, 300 Sycamore Street, Greenville.
Guests are invited to step into a welcoming healing environment and experience different approaches to supporting the body and overall well-being, offered by our amazing I Am Well Provider Partners. This is a donation to of your choice event to I Am Well to support programs and services.
Experiences will include:
Chair Massage with Joe — Experience the benefits of therapeutic touch for relaxation, comfort, and overall well-being.
Trigger Point Massage with Velvet— Experience focused massage techniques designed to address areas of muscular tension and promote greater comfort and relaxation.
Chiropractic Alignment with Dr. Barb — Learn how chiropractic alignment can regulate your nervouse system and relieve pain.
Sound & Vibration with Angel Roan — Explore the use of therapeutic sound and vibration to encourage relaxation, grounding, and balance.
“What Is Your Pain Telling You?” with Shelly Acker — Explore pain through a whole-person lens and consider what your body may be communicating.
Additional wellness experiences may be announced closer to the event.
