life has pulled me away from beach yoga a bit this summer + it feels conflicting

while most of this life stuff has been super exciting +
way rewarding - getting a puppy, starting in a new* district, planning our wedding 🤗, celebrating some of our favorite people getting married, etc etc, im always sad to miss sessions in the sand with the kindest humans

ive been so grateful some incredible local yogis have been there to fill in. big thanks

while the experiences are new ones, i know ive been here before. a place where prioritizing time feels sacred. i know yoga will be there for me when life settles a bit, but in the meantime, thanks for being patient, and for showing up for yourselves + this community regardless

i had to cancel tonight’s new moon yoga session to give myself the evening to breathe after a long week of balancing orientation + a teething puppy with a nervous belly.

i cannot waitttt to watch the sunset + the energies on the beach shift tomorrow night + over the weekend. hope youll join me

things to consider bringing with you:
🌙 large blanket(s)/towel(s) for yoga - you might want to cozy up with a blanket under + on top of you during savasana/rest
🌙 extra layers/socks-the weather changes quickly on the beach especially when the sun sets
🌙 a block, pillow or extra blanket to prop your seat up a little in meditation
🌙 water & crystals to charge under the full moon
🌙 notebook/journal & pen for any moments of clarity
🌙 something to acknowledge all the elements: fire, earth, air, water & space-give yourself permission to explore whatever that means to you
🌙 an instrument if you want to join our community jams or your singing voice
🌙 a friend you want to raise your vibration with
🌙 whatever else you want to bring to help celebrate this shift in energy

the above list are only suggestions - trust yourself to arrive with whatever you will need for a comfortable evening in the sand
